LiquidApps Signs Up Five Launch Customers For Its Just Released Liquidhire Application.

LiquidApps announced the first production release of its web-based electronic recruitment
system, in conjunction with the signing of five launch customers. "LiquidHire is the
first truly 100% paperless employee recruitment system, and brings significant efficiency
and quality gains to the human resources function" said Bala Vaidyanathan, CEO of
LiquidApps. "Our launch customers will be transitioning their recruitment process to
the LiquidHire system over the next two months”. The launch customers include Optimos
Inc. and Softalia.
LiquidHire is a powerful and comprehensive web based solution to the hiring problem.
LiquidHire eliminates almost all manual tasks in the hiring process. Automation begins
from the point of job creation, to placing of advertisements, to dispatch of offer
letters. Traditional hiring functions such as interview scheduling, reference checking,
and candidate evaluations are all done online. Hiring workloads can decrease by as much as
50%. The system integrates with other adversiting media such as newspapers, websites, and
magazines.
The LiquidHire system is deployed as an ASP service, and is rapidly implemented in almost
any setting. The product is marketed in three solution packages: Enterprise, Campus, and
Stingray. “We provide the backoffice solution for the employee recruitment process,
and enable resumes to be viewed and evaluated simultaneously and instantaneously by all
