LiquidTrex Extends its Product Suite with Release of the Enterprise Version

LiquidApps announced the release of an enterprise version of its LiquidTrex solution. LiquidTrex is a corporate Travel
Expense Management (TEM) System that is designed to automate the processes of travel planning, travel expense reporting, and
travel expense approval and reimbursement. It enables the business to efficiently process travel related activities from start to finish. “The
enterprise version meets the accounting and mobility needs of large organizations,” said Bala Vaidyanathan, CEO of LiquidApps, “Market analysis
indicated to us the need for including several advanced features in LiquidTrex, which are of specific utility to large companies”. These
upgrades make LiquidTrex the most comprehensive TEM system in the market, and the easiest to use. Enterprise features include:
CROSS LINKING TRAVEL REPORTS TO BUDGET/CLIENT ACCOUNT NUMBERS – New travel reports are assigned by the traveler to the appropriate cost center
at the time of entry. This ensures that approving staff can check funds availability, and generate expense summaries on an account basis. Also
facilitates integration of travel reports with primary Financial/ERP application.
DEPARTMENT LEVEL TRAVEL REPORT APPROVAL – Introduces a two-stage approval for all travel reports. Each traveler is assigned a department or
section head, who first reviews the reports and then releases it to accounting.
MOBILE REPORTING MODULE - Business travelers often record their expenses as they occur, on a variety of mobile handheld computing devices,
such as laptops or PDAs. To facilitate and integrate this practice with the LiquidTrex solution, our engineers have developed the capability
for importing data directly from an MS-Excel file. Business travelers can now record expense on any handheld device that supports the MS-Excel
application.
