PROCESS OVERVIEW
The LiquidHire system is designed to be flexible and scalable to satisfy a variety of recruiting scenarios. The process is driven by Hiring Agents who have total control over the process at all times.
In situations where managers at a recruiting department need to have control also, then this is accomplished by making them a Search Manager. Conversely, in consulting scenarios the client manager can be made the Search Manger.
Each job opening progresses through seven steps. Starting from the creation of the job posting to the acceptance of job offers by one or more candidates.
Steps are executed through our easy to understand HTML screens.
The steps are designed to immediately make available all candidate data to all the decision makers. This is accomplished by providing an immediate and homogenous view of candidate resumes.
Intelligent matching procedures help screen resumes, and provide a consensus scoring mechanism.

The LiquidHire system is marketed as a web-hosted subscription service with a monthly fee
Three packages formats are available: Enterprise, Campus, and StingRay
System requirments are limited to desktop internet access for all users. Microsoft IE 5.0 and higher preferred.
Local system administraor assigns all UserIDs, passwords, and other relevant coporate data and paramteric options
The system and database are maintained on our server, thus reducing the customer’s hardware costs. Optional data backups to the customer server are available
